eHub Mobile is a versatile app designed for the building service and security industries, providing both employees and customers with convenient self-service capabilities. With eHub Mobile, accessing critical information on the go has never been easier. Whether you need to manage schedules, work tickets, timekeeping, or access job site and billing information, eHub Mobile has got you covered.

This app is exclusively available to employees and supervisors of TEAM Software clients who have obtained a license for eHub. Permission to access any of the employee self-service features listed below is granted by your employer, while access to customer self-service features is determined by your eHub contractor.

Employee Self-Service Features:

• Efficiently manage jobs: Access job information and locations; complete work tickets by signing off on them; submit and review work requests; perform surveys and inspections; view customer invoices and requests; monitor job budgets and profitability; view real-time time and attendance information; find replacements for shift schedules; create billable work tickets on-demand.
• Simplify people management: View and modify schedules and timekeeping information; review compliance details; utilize targeted communication tools.
• Manage personal information: View pay stubs, W-2s, hourly benefit balances such as PTO/sick leave; update contact information; easily clock in and out of jobs.

Customer Self-Service Features:

• Conveniently access various information: View electronic invoices, job details, time and attendance information, schedules, scheduled job site work, and targeted communication items.
• Request additional work, coverage, or other items and monitor the status of these requests in real-time.
• Perform inspections or complete surveys and easily track the results and deficiency status.
• Easily sign off on inspections and work tickets.
